What program should I use to encode my videos for play on the PSP ?

    I've used Video fab and the videos look ok on the psp. But then discoverd video fab encodes the files at a lower res. It's below the the native res of the PSP. The program won't let me up the res higher. Video fab won't allow 480x272.

    Well as for all in one format conversion software like Super goes.
    The best is Format Factory.
    The whole program is self explanatory
