What program to burn a VCD with Nero Don't work for me please help

    I can't find a program to burn my VCD file i keep on finding converters.. the program i used to use before was NeoDVD 5.0 but now i can't seem to get my hands on that.. does anyone know what program i might be able to use easiely to burn this one File?
