    I would guess the kingston but i would need the CAS timings to give a solid response.

    Isn't the Kingston (32x64) only 256MB? Or is it a set of 2 256MB DIMMs?

    Aye... might there be currency issues too? I assumed they were USD although that may be an overpresumptious assumption.

    I would go with Kingston. If you're not gonna OC. Why do you need the RAM? To play games, or what?

    Ram = allows the PC to process more calculations

    see below;
    Keeping the entire application in RAM so that it executes at processor and RAM speeds means we can make the application go faster than if we have to use hard disk.

    Lots of RAM means that the processor will not be standing around waiting for the hard disk to provide paged data. More RAM is usually better than investing in a faster processor because without adequate RAM it doesn't matter if the processor is faster: both a fast and a slow processor will be spending most of their time waiting for slow fetches of paged memory from hard disk.

    For example, I normally have (I'm counting now)over 30 tabs visible at the end of the screen, I've 6 different programs open, last night I was Rupping a dvd, Using IFO edit and Using DVD shrink at the same time, If I had less ram I just wouldn't be able to do this...

    Kingston is good but nothing like what they used to be... and no match for Corsair - not by a long shot.
