What software can i use? *desperate*

    My friend gave me a testimonial on friendster which i think the Macromedia Shockwave is cute. What program can i used to RECORD the SONG of it into my comp as MP3 or some other format... which later i can use to convert to mp3 again...? Been searching... wonder if Blaze Media Pro can do the trick?

    If there's any software, is there freeware available?
