what software to use to convert rmvb files in to divx

i just downloaded some rmvb files what can i use to convert them in to divx files

 

I think Winavi will do that. You can go to videohelp.com and look on the left under "Tools". There is a pick list that lets you choose what format you want to convert from and too and it'll tell you what tools have that capability.

 

For rmvb you need codec and also for divx.

tryed that winavi its only a trial do u know of any free software
