    OK, I have downloaded and burned the DVD. My question is what is the best practice removing this large file from my computer. Are there places that some info can be spread around that need attention?

    Dustoff,
    If all you want to do is Delete the files just highlight them and then delete them

    @Dustoff:

    Just to add, if you're using DVD Shrink, an analisys log is left in the harddrive. The path is: C:/All Users/Application Data/DVD Shrink

    If you don't see the Application Data folder, click on file options and select/tick the "unhide" option. Go into the DVD Shrink folder and you can delete the logs there. They're pretty small, but over time, they will accumulate.

    Hi Car.Mike.

    Sorry, here's an update to the path:

    Windows XP, hit "Start", "My Computer", C:/Documents and Settings/All Users/Application Data/DVD Shrink.
