I have a black screen with an error massage saying that my computer has viruses and spyware so I got zone alarm pro and norton and they apparenlt removed it but I the problem is still there, explorer crashes every time and I can't acces the task manager or switch the wallpaper. What should I do?
or... find the file... or files... then goto command prompt and type del [then the directory... this is good becuz most virueses wont let you dlete them]
