i have not been able to figure out how to view/capture my tv using my evga 7800gt with vivo im been googling and downloading and trying out all kinds of software to get it to work but no luck yet, just black screens i do have the wdm-vivo driver installed from the evga website any help on this would be appreciated so far ive tried christv beyond tv and sage tv
Well your Card should have Come with Capture software that works with the Card..... Also when in the Capture software you have to select the Capture device as the Video source and you have to select what Inputs on the card you are useing (RCA/Composite or S-Video or Tuner ect).... Also if you Try to Capture Retail VHS Tapes you will probably Run into Problems because they are Copy Protected..... The one Capture Program that I use that Has Worked with every Capture Card I have ever Owned was "InterVideo WinDVR 3.0".... You should also check your device Manager to make sure the WDM capture drivers are Properly installed, If they aren"t there should be a Yellow Question Marke next to the device in your "Device Manager"....
