Whats a good mp3 editor?

    Im new to mp3 editing and wondered whats a good free editor for cutting and pasting parts of a song. Something that has good quality and is easy to use. Thanks

    there are free editors like Krystal and Audacity. Then if you have $$ to spend there's Adobe Audition or Sonic Foundry Sound Forge.

    i use nero express 6 which is 90 unless u get a crack or something for it i wouldnt reccomend it though

    I have nero 6.0.15 (latest version) and dont seem to be able to find the editor (mp3 editor) now im sure I have a crippled version as I got it with a burner. However is the editor not listed with the lite version? I cannot find any option for an editor in nero.

    try dragging the track into nero, then right click on it. there should be an option to edit it

    Ah, yeah under properties. Once again thanks! Nothing is better than altering the original song to make it better!
