    hi
after reading these forums for a while i am beginning to wonder what i would be better off buying
    i ordered a couple of R4DS - V2
from klickstore yes i know... so given up on those
my niece has a card called the edge so i started looking at those,
now how good do others think these cards are? not that i can find any stock anywhere
    what do others recomend?
dont want to spend too much but the kids are bugging the hell out of me to sort this out. they have already waited for the klickstore order thinking it had been dispatched when obviously they have lied to me. any help would be great as i want to restore some harmony and sanity in the household as quickly as possible
many many thanks to those reading and responding to this post

The general consensus on most forums is the best card (but also the most expensive) CycloDS

DSTT Not bad but a lot of fakes about (the latest official software bricks the fakes)
Edge - Cheap Cyclo clone - not bad but updates are a bit slow - still no Clone Wars fix!
M3 Real, I use this and have been pleased with the updates, I have had no issues with any that I have purchased (OK 1 faulty on delivery) If you buy the perfect (deluxe) pack you get the GBA expansion pack, you can then play GBA games as well (all with real time saves).

But it is down to personal choice, once you get a working card you will be very pleased no matter what make it is, but the advise from most forums is beware anything bearing the R4 name!

I generally shop at dealextreme. Their shipping is slow but the prices cant be beat. They have the perfect pack for $42.85. I'm not sure what that works out to in £ but I think its still cheaper.

I have ordered most from www.dealextreme.com, they are now about $27 and that includes free delivery, however they do take about 3 weeks to arrive, on the plus side they do not supply the fakes that have poped up at a few stores.

I then buy a micro SD (I have been using eBay - bobob_uk about £10 for an 8GB) so about £30 for the whole lot inc an 8GB card.

I have also used others but I cannot find the details at the moment, once you have your M3 make sure the packaging website is www.M3adapter.com not adaptese or anything else as these are the fakes.

Approved suppliers in the listed on the M3 website are
    http://www.modchip-store.co.uk/M3-REAL-RUMBLE-PACK-BUNDLE-p-379.html £29.99
    http://www.memorycards4u.com/ProductDetails.aspx?ID=cff5a0b9-1bcd-43c5-a5c0-15f6ab434ac8 20.95

but I have not used any of them so cannot say what they are like to deal with.
