Hi is there JaPK can you help me with my problem about my computer?

i dont know if you still remember me...
but i remember your username in this thread becasue you have help me solve my problem in my computer...

1.) my computer is always shutting down with no apparent reason?

2.) is there any virus inside the system of my computer?

3.) how can i make my pc MORE faster? what progams will i delete to make my computer faster?

4.) my dial up connection is always disconnecting... whats is the cause if this problem?

it is from the provider or the modem that im using?

but i only encounter this problem this past few days... and i dont know why im encountering this problem. :c
