Whats so special about the DS lite?

    Yeah ok i admit the new look is pretty cool but really. so what is the diff? did anything change besides the look?was the range for the chat extended or something?plz let me know (i'm not exactly good with this stuff)

    theres 2 extra buttons, not sure if that is really important... could be for the newer games...

    Where are these two new buttons?

    The only differences I know of are increased battery life, and much clearer, brighter screens which have brightness control.

    NDS had the 'a' & 'b' buttons, but DSLite also has 'x' & 'y', just like a super nintendo controller

    The NDS does have the the X and Y buttons though. So there are no new buttons on the DS Lite

    haha what the hell, i owned my a DS for a year and was convinced there were only 2 buttons, just checked... my bad
