I am quite new to the DVD area and I thought I would post this to obtain some collective advice on which DVD burners people believe is the better quality and more reliable at producing readable dvd along with possible hangups. I am aware that there are two types of DVD burning format which is the better format to go for?
I hope you can help me find my new burner.

The Pioneer A06 (106) is also a very good burner,I'm not using the + media option ,but I guess it doesn't hurt having the option. My first drive was the A05(105) and still is just as reliable as my new A06, but due to the fact that the 105 has been discontinued, and the 106 is priced at $155 there's really no reason to get the 105 anymore.
