Whats the best free software to convert audio streaming into mp3/wav

    Im quite new to all this,just want capture a performance.Dont want anything complicated.Did use ALL2WAV Recorder but the quality was really bad.

    If it is a Windows Media or Real Media stream it is best to use a streaming media recorder and then convert. Direct audio recording also works but the quality is not as good.
