whats the best over all program for splitting files

    i know of many but i'd like to know of any that are easier and less of a head ache then others and which one would have more functions then others::::: the most versatile then the rest

    The best is Virtual Dub. U can do everything in a short amount of time. All you have to do is download it off Imesh. Version 13 is the one to use.
