I would like to put two movies on one disc, what's the difference between placing them all on one VTS or splitting them in two? I'm planning to use DVDLab Pro for this task... Thanks
The easist way I found, even know Im a newbie myself...is use dvd shrink. There is a guide somewhere on this site. But basically you select reautor and open both movies. Then you select compression. 60% or higher seems to be good. Then just click backup and choose whether you want to burn it to disk...if you have nero installed. Or save it to your hard drive....then drag and drop to your favorite burning rom. No fuss...no mess. Plus you can use shrink to edit the movies and take care of the credits you dont want..etc.

I would like to create a brand new disc with two movies and I would like to know which is the difference between placing both movies on one VTS or placing both on 2 sepparate ones. You need to be more specific as to what you want from the final result. Do you want a menu so that you can choose which movie to playback, or do you just want the two movies to automatically play sequentially when you load the disk in your player? Which VTS are you referring to? If you look inside a VIDEO_TS folder you will see three different VTS file types, .BUP, .IFO & .VOB. In your case I don't think it's a choice between one or more VTS, but what you want the final output to look like after you have authored it. Simply put, you "tell" DVD Lab what you want & the program/application will "decide" which files & how many of each to put in the VIDEO_TS folder.
