their the exact same thing but the $96.00 dollar one has a L on the end of the model number which beats me as to what the difference is but id say spend the extra dollar. But if your looking for a good video card for the money that will be more compatible with video games and all id say lok for a Nvidia Video card their more reliable and will work better with games.
