Is anyone else having problems with dvdfab8. I downloaded the update and now I cannot use it. When I open it, the message id "The"Full Disc' feature is available in DVD Copy. Please check it out at the www.dvdfab.com I get the same message if I indicate just main movie (It says "main movie" in the same message as above. I clicked on the ? in the upper left and highlighted HD Decrypter Free edition clicked ok which took me back to the main menu with the same message as above. In looking around I did see reference to 8.0.02 but I can't find that. Does anyone have a solution or has DVDfab gone pay only. I love this program and I just copied a disk with the latest 7 series but that when I downloaded I would be just getting an edition 8 that was updating to allow for decrypting. Anyone - answers - what am I missing???
I'm having the same issue. I've reverted back to 7 (luckily upgrading to 8 does not remove 7) and i'm spending the day searching the web for a forum that addresses this issue... ? i was comparing v7 to v8 v7 offers "DVD to DVD" under which one could copy either "Full Disc" or "Main Movie" DVD data to your your computer. In version V8, the "Full Disc" or "Main Movie" options are under "DVD Copy"... v8 now has a "DVD Ripper" option which, i would think, would allow you to rip the "Full Disc" or "Main Movie". I tried both 'generic' and 'VOB' under DVD Ripper but the files were unusable with NERO DVD burning software... i'm sticking with 7 and shopping for new ripping software unless there's a solution.
