when going through the usual channels on EFNET, there are more than the typical three folders, with only media center being available???

Anyone have a new link, or idea what is going on in xbins? try it for yourself...

I think you were on the wrong place. The real site is at distribution.xbins.org, try that.

It's a place for Xbox apps, it's on the Efnet channel of IRC.
