Whats w/ the lag in GTA game ISO's???

So ya Im playing Vice City stories...everythings working fine.

THEN I START DRIVING....ZOMG

Is there a way to get rid of the load lag?? Maybe a faster mem-stick?

Well, lags only happen in .cso files !!!
Suprising to see how it lags even in .iso
btw, wot's the size of the GTA file ??
I think it must be in .cso format but renamed to .iso
Juz lemme know the size of your game
And whether it has all FM cahnnels etc.

 

i played GTA vice city stories in cso format and not a single problem happened.not even a single lag.my cso file is 748MB.but GTA liberty city stories does lag in cso and also in iso for me.

 

i had the same problem but i did 2 things and it works wonders. believe me u will be surprized
1st go to recovery menu and increase the cpu speed to 333

2nd use this guide to format your memory stick. it will load games faster and no lag in gta games.u gotta try it.it worked for me

put your cpu speed to 333mhz, if that doesnt fix it try to convert it to .iso dont change the file name.

even my GTA UMD lags a bit

 

i have a 2gb fake memory stick and some games lag as a iso ( gta vcs,gta lcs ,daxter ...)

because fake memory sticks have slower reading and writing speeds

Yeah just change your CPU Speed to 333Mhz.

And try to leave your Big ISOs as ISOs dont compress them.

Just compress the smaller ones.
