I have checked and your firmware is current, you are using a good version of Nero, the only thing I can see is that it appears to be a media issue

I have never heard of these discs.

I would suggest trying some Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden and you can safely burn at around 4X

    Hi
It just knows nothing will be written...
Any chances of at least run a bit lighter? I wouldn't recommend attempting to burn with less than 512Mb of RAM... It's doable but you will need to have EVERYTHING closed in the background... Including Media player, Anti-virus,Firewall, net connection etc...
Tescos media? They are bad news i'm afraid...
    Which take us here:
Your burner's firmware IS up to date, but the media is so bad that the burner doesn't want to know...

There's a lot of people having this problem tough, even with good media. For some reason, new media is coming out a lot faster than the firmwares are getting updated...
But start by buying some Verbatims or Taiyo Yuden like Gwendolin sugested.
(www.svp.co.uk or www.supermediastore.com if you live in US)
Run simulations instead of disc burns... It's cheaper that way... ;)
