I bought a used display from internet. I plug it in my pc and turn it on. But nothing happens. The light next to the Power button just flashin' orange. I can't even turn it off with the Power button. What shall I do to fix it?
Don't tell me that I need to contact the seller.

    Please help

I would. Anything could have happened to the monitor during transit, not much you can do about that really unless it was insured.

A flashing light is an indication of no signal from the computer, but not being able to turn it off by the button is a phyiscal problem.
