what's wrong with my pc?

    Hi...

    Help me pls..
    My pc not working.
    AC supply normal but once on the pc.
    Its start then it seems got no supply.
    Fan not working either....

    Check the CPU heatsink is still securely attached. It's most likely to be a power supply fault though.

    my cpu... once i press the power button.
    it went on for ard 1sec - 2sec,hdd try to run..
    then it halt the set up,immediately n green light on power button stays on...
    but cpu seems sleeping with power on.

    no beeps?.. no POST

    Unplug everything but cpu and see what happens.. usually graphics card not seated properly.. or a bad psu.

    Ya i try remove every things but cpu..
    But still the same...
    Hmm...
    Any other suggestion ppl???

    English would help..

    If you are down to a motherboard with no ram and only a cpu in it... and a psu and that's all that is connected.. and when you fire it up fans start spinning and lights come on but nothing else happens.... It's time to start thinking carefully about whether it's worth spending possibly a fair amount of money tracking down which is at fault. It could be any of the three.

    I would go and source a used psu first.. because that's the cheapest part to test.. if fitting a known good psu doesn't help then.... well.. I consider a mobo and a cpu as a paired item.. A damaged mobo can kill a cpu, and vice versa...

    Will try and replace the power supply unit.
