what's wrong..

    i am having problems with my convertxtodvd 3.....my preview stays blank when i put a avi file into it...i tried updating my directx with no luck the preview windows still stays blank..i also remove my klite codec pack caused i read some where that it causes problems with it an it still stays blank....i uninstalled the program an all off it an components an did a fresh install an the preview windows stays black...has anyone have any idea how i can solve this problem
