I use Wavpad to make them and Motorola Phone Tools to send them to my phone via a USB cord. You can buy the kit for $30 if you search the net, if you get it through your phone service provider they will charge about $60
Once you have this kit you can make your own ringtones out of any sound file really. Just use a converter to convert the file to MP3 and then use Wavpad (free) to edit it to what you want.

Also check out http://www.motomodders.net/ as their download section has a ton of things that will make your eyes pop out, also
http://www.themotoguide.com/ will have many tutorials on how to do all kind of things. This of course will all depend on what model phone you bought. Also you can download custom skins (use skin manager to upload to phone), make your own startup and shutdown screens, make your own startup and shutdown sounds that will play (MP3 same as above).

But with the right phone, like a V3 Razr, never again will you have to pay for ringtones, wallpaper and all that. Just look at the links i gave you and you will see how much a good phone can do.

To answer the question i have AC/DC-Hells Bells, God Lives Underwater- No More Love, Pantera- Respect, Metallica- for whom the bell tolls, a song by the Gorillaz, Cherry Popin Dadies-Zoot Suit Riot, just for starters....all FREE! Let me add you and also import songs from a CD and just convert them to MP3 format.
