when I try to burn an cue it says insert a blank CD

    Hey I am trying to burn a cue file but when I use alcohol 120% and Roxio it says insert a blank disk when there is already a blank dvd in my burner. The burner works and reads the disk when I try to burn regular files on a dvd just not when I try to burn the cd image. Any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks a lot.

    Bin/cue are burned to CD, to burn to DVD, you would have to extract the mpg or mpeg.

    hey, i managed to get it by mounting the .cue through daemon tools, then browsing to the .dat file in the virtual drive through nero smartstart, and then burning the disc as per normal? seems to have worked fine and plays well?

    Hi, i'm trying to burn a bin file. I looked at the guidelines on this sitehttp://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/bin_cue_with_nero.cfm,

    but I've got Nero 7 Essentials, therefore don't have the menu bar for FILE/BURN IMAGE OPTION.

    how do i do it with above version 7.2.3.3

    Not familar with Nero 7 and never even heard of Nero 7 Essentials, OEM I guess. From what I''ve read, CDRWin or CDRDAO will burn them but I don't know.
