when i uses nero svcd it doesnt go past 3 %

    Basically when ever i try to turn certain video files i have into a svcd it never goes past 3% even if i let it run for hours.

    so your using nero to encode and burn?

    Yah, but i am trying to use tmpeg to encode. the key word :TRYING:

    dont ever use nero to encode your movies!

    NERO = DOOKIE when encoding with it

    why are you not having luck with TMPGEnc?

    well basically after i had it encode it my file was 5kb.. odd.... probally because i am working with a different version that the guide i dl'ed is for.

    I dont think you have any idea what you are doing. Are you drunk whenever you type up your comments in this forum??

    what exactly are you doing from the begining when using tmpgenc?
