I have a year of updates that end in mid February. Just wondering if anyone had heard of any updates?
@h2ouup2, That is an answer that Slysoft will need to provide. Rememeber that CloneDVD 2 is a DVD copy software to Clone Non Copy Protected DVDs. It's when you run it with the OFTEN updated AnyDVD that you're able to back-up your Commercial DVDs. Apparently the makers of CloneDVD 2 have not seen a need for an update yet. I admit that it works VERY WELL as it is now. By the way, in case you don't know, Slysoft may sell CloneDVD 2, but they don't make that software. Elby does.
CloneDVD 2 does work very well and I do use it with AnyDVD 5.6.3.1 (as of now). I would like to see some added features like being able to insert deleted scenes in the place of the original scene thus kind of making a directors cut. I would also like to be able to do episodic DVD better and work with scratched media better. I was hoping they would add these features soon, but even if they don't I use it about 95% of the time now anyway.
