where ar these files?

    I recently installed a free version of Audio Label. When trying to create new CD labels I stumbled across some images that I thought I had previously
    deleted!! When going into Expolorer to view and delete these files I can see no sign of them, where they state they are in Audio Label. I have done a
    search for these files but still cannot find them! Any ideas how I can find and delete them? (I am using Windows XP)
