well, you cant buy them, as selling back ups of a game is illegal. You can download them for free but you legaly have to own the game. If you purchase the games and want roms of them, you could get them from alot of torrent sites and I think Im allowed to name them so the best one for roms would be isohunt.com just dont download roms unless you own the game.
