Where can I find a step by step guide to backup devices?

    Does anyone know of any sites that gives a step-by-step guide (perferably with pictures/video) to various backup devices for the DS? R4 Revolution, Acekard, Cyclone, DSTT TopToy, etc. I need to know how each type of card is set up for use, so as to figure out which is the best to get. Also what is a good card to get that works well with cheat systems (Codebreaker, Gameshark, etc.)? Recomendations of which cards is the best is also welcome.
