You don't want XBMP, it's outdated. You want the XBMC instead, it's constantly being updated and has better features.
xbins doesn't have the default.xbe file. I just got xbmc last night from piratebay.com search xbox media center. Keywords you r lookin for in the file name is complied. Then from there all you move the xbmc folder from ur pc to your xbox. come back here if you have any questions
