Where can i get the latest update for "The Box"

I have a lot of channels missing and i was wondering whats the latest update? is it The Box 4.57?

in irl no fix try reading current posts.

 

Another member told me that he can flash my box and get the channels back, is this not true then?

 

In Ireland False, you can get auto update but not all channels back
Firmwares can be found in the usual place
Try the sticky for fixes

 

i might be sounding stupid but whats the sticky? lol

This is only true if the box you have is a kyptview box, if it is any other type of box the stations are gone.
