where can i buy my xbox hard drive at and how big of 1 should i get. and also is there any soldering required or what type of instllation does this require
Just about any hdd will work, your favorite online store will do. As far as size....as big as you can afford!! But the 120 - 200 gig range will do nicely.
Get a nice cheap one from www.newegg.com Depending on how many games you have and are goping to buy will depend on what hard drive you will want, i would say get a 120gb-200gb like scottas said. You dont need to do any soldering just a straight swap of the cables and then load up a dashboard onto your new hdd and you are set to go...
