on tuesday april 9th all my channels dissapeared. they still show in epg list but all except beeb 1&2..itv 1&2 ch4 ch5 and a few others are all showing scrambled..thought id been blasted by virgin so i have since purchased a link lead and connected both boxes together, i have also gone back to factory settings and started again but all my epg channels, although showing the list in detail,is still grey i am based in liverpool and as i am basically house bound i could do with some help to get my box working again
