Where is live update in mobile phone tools? If I go to the menu->setup the only options are General Setup... New Phone... [space] SMS Configuration... Internet connections... Sycnronization Settings... I have version 3.11h...if I click help->update it takes me to a page that says "Read the following information fi you are having trouble running liveupdate..." It's in setup in 3.19. When I loaded 3.11 it didn't have a live update section either. That version didn't work for me very well. Try the 1.23 to 2.19 to live update method.
