Where to find Administrator and Log-in Password

    Could anybody tell me where to find the administrator and the log-in password in my windows xp and vista?...please?

    just curious how these microsoft people hide these..

    Of course i know my password...as i've said i'm just curious where these passwords are hidden in the system..
