Where to find Roster updates for Nba live 07 or 2k7?

    I don't have Xbox Live but I bought the games so how do I get a roster update?

    u cant download it from the pc. It must be download from Xbox live

    can't other who have the updates go into their UDATA or TDATA folders and then upload those files somewhere for that specific game then I download them and put them into my folders on my xbox to update it????
