Hi, I have the box super and the signal is too weak when i have the box downstairs so most channels dont work. It works perfectly in my bedroom so im wondering where would be the best place to install an amp. Iv tried installing on the cable that comes into the house, no good and when the cable upstairs leaves my room which is where the signal for downstairs comes from. No good either. Any ideas?
when you say amp i presume you meen a booster box try comnnect direct from cable to your box what ever room your in otherwise get a good boosterbox and where the cable comes in to your house/room and splits put cable in each port of booster box for each room or you probably have a port on the wall in each room that case your provider has the 'splitters' on the outside of your house and that is why you are getting a weak signal only way is to try booster box in your room and put your cable into it and then cable fromthat direct to box. also check cable connectors on each end of your cable wire.
