ok i downloaded paycheck on dvd. it's the pal version if that matters. i burnt the dvd onto a blank disc ad it works perfect on my pc. when i go to play it on my tv the dvd works perfect but there is no sound!! anyone know how to resolve this? thanks in advance
Check the sound settings on your dvd-player.. it might work. Had that problem also but with the picture. It was black and white but when I changed a setting I got the color. Hope this helps.
still no joy. when i crank the sound up high on the tv i noticed there is like a hissing sound as if it's trying to play something but can't. anymore ideas?
This is what u can do: If the movie is in image format (.iso .img etc) as I asume u can mount the image in a program like Daemon Tools or similar. If u haven't done this already do this now. Now u can open the virtual disc in DVD Shrink and re-author it. This might get rid of the problem. If your movie is not in image format but in VOB:s and stuff u can open them in DVD Shrink as well... ok guys i feel stupid now!!! i checked the scart on the back of my dvd player and it was hanging out! pushed it in and voila i had sound! thanks anyway guys
