which cable to use

    hello frienz,

    Can some body will be kind enough to tell me, about the cable.. i have a rh45 to rs232 cable with me.. can i use this cable to upload and download the firmaware.

    I am using The Box Super..

    I am very new to all this.. so please ignore my stupidity...
