Hi im using dnupman software but it wont recognise my box it stays on com 3 when i try to download the new software but nothing happens does anyone know how to get my computer port to recongnise the box thanks Richard ( its not the lead cos i used it for my pvr box )
If you are using a NULL MODEM lead direct to the PC, then try the ports individually, but make sure the lead is secure both ends.
