which device for travelling?

    Hi Folks,

    I'm off on holiday in a couple of weeks, and was wondering what to take with me for storing photos / videos etc whilst i'm away.

    I'll be taking my JVC Everio HD camera (GZ-HD300REK) and my Sony Cybershot Camera (DSC-S730)

    My question is, what tablet or other device (other than a laptop) can I take with me to store and review the videos and photos I take while i'm away?

    Microdirect are selling this --->

    but is it up to the job? I can't find any reviews.

    What do you suggest?

    Hmm, no replies .....

    I bought an Acer Aspire One D255 - dual core netbook, 250Gb HD, 1Gb ram. It wont play the HD videos but it will store them until I get back home. Otherwise this looks like the ideal travelling system.

    My only complaint ... It has Windows 7 starter on it ... but it seems good enough for what I want while on holiday.

    I would of said laptop with portable hdd or usb stick but you were asking for tablet or other devices.
