Which files must be in VCD

    hi, I am a software developer and I need to create VCD for my project. But I dont know anything about VCD but MPEG-1.

    I have an MPEG-1 file to use in VCD. But Which files and folders must be in a VCD, and how can I create the files?

    by the way, I dont want to use an application as NERO to do this. Because I have to do this by my new application :) I need documentation and your support :)

    Well what program dont you mind using?? and also, givbe me some details on the mpeg-1 file?
