I just bought a SV4. It had 1.03 preinstalled, so I installed the update 1.05 beta. However, I've started to notice problems already. So far scan was ok, turned on key code. got all channels. Then as I tried to change channels, the coded channel came with sound only and no picture. So I had to reboot the box. Is this the only working AU fix for this box? or do the previous ones work?

i to am getting the same problem even with 1.06.i found out its when you flick past a tv-- channel on 3000 or one of the porn channels or event channel,it would make my $ channels lose sound or vision,but the non $ were fine and you have to reboot to get them back again.so wha i did is to set skip on the channels that were causing it.all is ok now but no porn now lol.
maybe needs a firmware fix for this problem as we are not the only ones getting it on sv4 usb.has anyone found a better solution than skipping channels?
I have to be honest, and say I doubt the robustness of this box. I did a factory reset, and then scanned on ex C & *, that only bought up a limited number of channels and half with out names. Previously I scanned on T*. I haven't checked yet to see if problem comes back. I was considering puting on a lower firmware and then inputting the codes manually to see if it might be emu.
I installed 1.06. Still get same prob. I've skipped the possible problem channels i.e. teachers Tv, all 3000 channels, I'm now getting a prob with an asian channel, but not sure which one. At this rate i'll have no channels left. SB18180, can you please tell me which channels you skipped, apart from 3000 tv channels. Are we the only one with this problem? surely there must be more?
