    Since the URLs don't work I'm sort of in the dark, the bottom one is the better spec, but I don't advise people buy Acer laptops for quality reasons.

    Neigher seems to be capable of playing games or HD video. With this in mind, I would go with a netbook instead of a big clunker of a laptop that has no more functionality other than the size of the screen.
