I recently purchased a Duo3 to install into a V12 PS2 and was given a free laser fix. No one seems to have diagrams for this particular laser fix and psxtune has not yet responded to my requent for diagrams. The fix is rectange shaped except one long peice on one of the short sides on the rectangle. The only markings are on the back is says "fix-13" and the chip on the board says "fix". It does not appear to be any of the neofix boards. An exhaustive search on Google has turned up nothing.
agree, a picture would help. But there are so many different versions it will still be very hard to tell.
