what do you mean what version of matirx infinity? just make sure it isnt a fake or clone. it doesnt really matter what type of DVD you burn them too since it is a 9 but most people recommend DVD-R. I use DVD+R on a version 10 with no problems. i found that http://www.newegg.com has very cheap prices on media. try to get something good like verbatim or ritek. _X_X_X_X_X_[small] [/small]
i say get a majic, they are affordable and work on basically all version, all the other chips just have fancy features. magic get straigh tot the point and dont have multiple buttons to press to boot games
if you have experience on soldiering, it would be very easy for u to put modchip in... if not, then i don't recommand u to do it.
well i can just get my dad to do it fo me, since he knows how. the chip that i'm thinknig of getting is the magic V. it is the cheapest chip, that i saw so far.

anyone have a good mod that you dont have to sauder? that might plug in or something? not the swap disk or sliding card.
