I have got the r4i gold 3ds card and it works flawlessly. Have yet to have a problem with it since I bought it from http://www.r4flashcart.com/8-wood-r4i-gold-3ds-flashcart-for-3ds-xl-3ds-dsi-and-ds-lite.html half a year ago.I'd recommend this card because it has a big user base for support.

It is also officially supported by wood r4 firmware, which updates fairly quickly to support newer games. It's fairly cheap, too. I have recently purchased mine, and had to actually swap my first purchase which was the r4isdhc(not wood R4 compliant).
