Not much difference in the specs that I can see. The Belkin warranty dollar amount is twice that of the Monster warranty $150.000 to $300.000. Going by that I would say go with the Belkin. However no one knows how either will stand behind a warranty claim if it gets into the large doller amounts. Maybe e-mail both companies and ask what they require for a warranty claim for a power surge.

@NOOB5235, Friend my home theater is protected with the Monster Power Reference 3500...I love it and I never worry, even with the major thunderstorms we have in Oklahoma I will watch movies and sat with no power interuptions or concerns. I have use din the past...Panamx and actually my choices were between Panamax and Monster, but went with the Monster ($400.00...not cheap, but I considered everything that I was protecting and it was an easy choice!)...just my two cents, but Jerry has a great idea...call and find out from the source about the warranties. Have a good one and enjoy your new toys.
